Beyond just access to equipment - here's what makes membership here different
You know how some gyms talk about community but it's all surface-level? Not here. We've got regular meetups outside the gym, member-led workshops where people share what they're learning, and a group chat that's actually useful (not just meme central, though we've got those too). You'll know people's names within your first week.
I'm not gonna lie - some weeks you'll be sore. But we're not just randomly throwing workouts at you. Everything's periodized, meaning we're building toward something. Got a nagging injury? We've got scaling options that still let you work hard without being stupid about it. And yeah, we track your progress properly so you can see where you're actually improving.
Every coach here's got their CF-L2 minimum, but more importantly, they actually care about your progress. They'll remember what weight you hit last week, they'll check your form even when the class is packed, and they won't let you sandbag when they know you can push harder. That's the standard we hold.
Life happens - meetings run late, kids get sick, whatever. We've got classes throughout the day starting at 5:30 AM through 7:30 PM, plus open gym time if you need to come in off-hours. Book through the app, cancel up to 2 hours before without penalty, and if you're on Performance or Elite, we'll work with you if something comes up.
Sounds basic, but you'd be surprised how many places let their gear fall apart. We've got Rogue everything, bars are serviced quarterly, and if something breaks, it's fixed within days not weeks. Plus we're constantly adding new stuff based on what members actually want - just added a bunch of specialty bars last month because people asked for 'em.
We run free mobility workshops twice a month 'cause honestly, most people need it. There's also Olympic lifting technique sessions if you wanna dial in those lifts, and we bring in guest coaches quarterly for specialized stuff. It's all included - no upsells or extra fees hiding around the corner.

Yeah, life happens. You get two freeze periods per year, up to 2 weeks each. Just give us a heads-up before your billing date.

Yep, full locker rooms with showers. Daily-use lockers are free, or you can rent a permanent one for $15/month if you like keeping your stuff here.
